How long do i get my party parcel for?

Party parcels will be ready for you to pick up 48 hours prior to your scheduled party, and will be due back within 48 hours after your party. If you have booked a Celebration Level parcel you are responsible for drop off and pick up in McKinney, TX. For those that booked a Soirée Level party, we provide drop off and pickup within the same time window. Delivery is limited to 20 miles from the 75071 zip code.

what size party is my parcel for?

Each parcel is set up for 16 guests. We are happy to add on additional guests for $2 a person.

what do i keep and what gets returned?

Your party parcel comes with an easy post-party packing checklist that let’s you know exactly what to repack into the box to be sent back, and what you can keep! A general rule is that runners, banners, garlands, table decor, cake/cupcake stands, and serving pieces come back to us. Things like plates, napkins, cups, flatware, and cupcake toppers are yours to keep or toss!

What if i want extra things to put my party over the top?

Just message us! We can customize most products for you, including: invitations, thank you notes, signs with their name, menu cards, balloon arch add ins, and more!

What if something gets damaged?

We understand that accidents happen! If something that needs to be returned gets damaged just contact us to let us know what item and send a picture of the damage. However, is an item is simply “not returned” without an explanation there will be a $50 additional fee for replacement.

can you help me create a custom theme?

We are adding new themes as quickly as possible, but if you have a theme in mind that we don’t currently offer just send us a message! We can see what we can whip up!
